Conditions of Sale of Tickets

These terms and conditions apply to all ticket sales through The Motorbike Festival Company. By contacting us and placing an order for entry, you confirm that you have read and accept the terms and conditions below. In the nature of festival entry ("entry" is the electronic acceptance of your payment, no paper ticket will be issued) means, no refunds will be given except in the event of cancellation of the Festival, prior to it happening.

If an event is cancelled The Motorbike Festival Company Ltd liability will be to the customer making the original purchase and will be limited to the cost of the entry(s) purchased.

Handling charges and booking fees are non-refundable.

​

We reserve the right to introduce discounts and price changes without prior notification.

​

Discounts and offers apply to full price entry only, limited to one discount per entry.

​

It is your responsibility to check upon receipt of your acceptance receipt email that you have entry for the correct event. No paper tickets will be posted. A print out of your acceptance email should be brought with you, however your name will be automatically registered on our guest list which will be present at the gate on the day. Your name and last four digits of your card must be presented at the gate.

Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed as agreed in terms and conditions upon purchase.

General Conditions

The Motorbike Festival Company reserves the right to refuse admission.

The Motorbike Festival Company events may be filmed for commercial, marketing or educational purposes. By accepting these conditions ticket holders consent to the recording and filming of themselves as members of the audience.

Nothing mentioned in these terms and conditions shall affect the statutory position of the consumer.
