What do The Motorbike Festival Company need?

There will be photography and video captured during all of the MACH events. It will be capturing images and recordings of the entertainment, guests, speakers, festival site and event as a whole.

 

What will The Motorbike Festival Company do with this data?

This is captured in order to create galleries for guests to enjoy post the event and also for future marketing activities across the MACH website, social media channels and email marketing. The images are used under the 'Legitimate Interest' clause and no third parties will have access to the files unless there is a legal obligation for us to provide them. The Motorbike Festival Company will not attach guests personal details to the files.

How long will The Motorbike Festival Company keep this data?

The files will be kept for as long as they are needed to promote future events and allow people to enjoy seeing past event photos and film.

 

Your Consent

Consent is given when a guest attends a MACH event. If you would like an image of yourself to be removed please email team@themotorbikefestival.co.uk with a link to the image/film and a reason for the request.
